On our website we have a ‘Connect With Us‘ page that allows visitors and users to make enquiries to the services we provide via a submission of a form.
When we are providing a service that requires the capture of images either still or moving, a ‘Consent Form’ is completed at the location. The consent form is for any individual that is also captured in the image to grant permission of that image to be used in the public domain such as a website or social media.
